Why become a member of the Palisades Women’s Club?

Volunteering with the Palisades Women’s Club is a great way to make a difference and to become acquainted with your community.

Community service has a very important role in the Palisades Women’s Club. The group enjoys being actively involved in a myriad of activities within the community. Palisades Women’s Club introduces short and long term volunteer opportunities to the club members. During the last few years, the club has been involved with the following charities.

The ladies in the Palisades Women’s Club enjoy socializing and making new friends. Throughout the year, there are a variety of social events for members. Events enjoyed in the last few years have included:

  • Art Museum Tours
  • Mixology Demonstration
  • Holiday Parties
  • Cooking Classes

  • Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens
  • High Tea Southern Style
  • Taste of Italy Social
  • Couples Funny Bus Tour

Enjoy several outings with your husband or guest throughout the season.

What qualifies a membership?

A prospective member can join the Palisades Women’s Club if she resides in the Palisades or is a member of the Palisades Country Club or Sports Complex. Potential members may attend up to two meetings, one of which may be a social event held at the Club, before joining.

What does a membership cost?

Annual Membership Cost: $35
There are additional food costs associated with each meeting and or event that is serving food. Check the This Month website page for menu updates and costs.

About your initial membership dues and renewal timing.

Renewal of annual dues is expected to be paid the first month the PWC reconvenes after the summer break.
If you join the PWC say in February, you pay your first dues ($35) that will cover your membership until the annual renewal month of September.
If you sign up after February 28, your first dues will only cost $15.

RSVP Membership Meeting Protocol

An RSVP must be received from all attending general meeting/events members. This is a must. Exceptions can be made but not without a strain on the culinary staff. There are 2 ways to make an RSVP.

There is a NO JEANS dress code associated with our general meetings.

How do I sign-up to become a member?

Email us at:

Attend a monthly general meeting and sign-up with our membership staff, Stephanie Cox or Diane Johnson. You will find someone to help you at the attendance tables.

How do I pay for my meeting or event meal?

All members are required to check in at general meetings. If you have submitted your RSVP, then you have a name badge waiting for you. This is where you will also pay for your meal. A credit/debit card is all you need. If you are a Palisades Country Club member, your monthly dues covers meal expenses.

Is there bar services associated with meetings and events?

Yes. There is a 30-45 minute cocktail hour before meetings and events. Alcoholic beverages are NOT included with your meal. The bar requires credit/debit card payments for wine and cocktails.
