“PWC Holiday Party and Toys for Tots”

The Social Committee is very excited to invite you and a guest to our annual PWC Holiday Party on Wednesday, December 6. Dress is Holiday attire.   
 
Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for cocktails, and dinner will start at 6:30 p.m. 
We will have a very well-known DJ from the Charlotte area from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. 

Please, help us bless children with toys this year, as our Toys for Tots Marines will be joining us for the evening and collecting toys to take back with them. Toys can be for a boy or girl of any age, and they should be unwrapped.

As our December gathering is a Holiday Party, we will plan to address the Bylaw revisions
at a future general membership meeting.

Our menu will be:  
Salad and Rolls with Butter
Herb Roasted Cornish Game Hen
Potatoes Au Gratin
Roasted Seasonal Vegetables
Chocolate Torte Cake (GF)
Coffee and Peppermint Coffee with Whipped Cream

The menu cost is: 
$40.00 per person, available only to those who have a PCC Food & Beverage minimum 
$42.00 per person, for those paying with a credit card (everyone else)

RSVP and advance payment is required by Sunday, November 26  (end of day) at www.palisadeswomen.com.  After this date, unfortunately, there will be no cancellations, refunds, substitutions, or walk-ins.

RSVP Reminder/Instructions 
As with last year, we will RSVP and pay for our meetings using a secure link on our website. When you are ready to RSVP, be sure to have your credit card available, and do the following: 

1. Go to our website www.palisadeswomen.com
2. From our Home page, click Meetings-Events RSVP in the center of the screen.
3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the RSVP form. (A copy of your responses will be emailed to you.)
4. If you are paying via credit card, after completing the RSVP form, you will see a link to the payment screen. Click the link to complete the payment.
